All Box of Style purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not currently accept returns, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box of Style does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within four weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we aren’t notified within that time frame, we can not be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note orders may take two weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Zoe Media Group.
